Assembled a six-acre site in the heart of Portland's Financial District, which involved complex land purchases, street abandonments, easements and city approvals. Northland carefully structured the master planning of the mixed-use development and constructed two office buildings totaling 350,000 square feet, as well as surface parking. One & Two Portland Square are among the highest quality office complexes in Portland. Northland owned and operated the property until 1996 when it was sold to a real estate investment trust.
