EXPEDIA NAMES THE GOODWIN HOTEL TO INSIDERS’ SELECT LIST

06.04.2007, Hartford, CT - Northland Investment Corporation announced today that its historic Goodwin Hotel, located in Hartford, Connecticut, has been recognized by Expedia as qualifying for the new Expedia Insiders’ Select List. The Insiders’ Select List is comprised of an elite group of approximately 1% of all properties offered on Expedia.com. Properties are selected based on more than 300,000 Traveler’s Opinions, combined with the expertise of Expedia’s 300 local experts and hotel market managers worldwide. The Goodwin Hotel was recognized for a combination of excellent service, overall experience and value.
