NORTHLAND/AEG SELECTED TO MANAGE RENTSCHLER FIELD

05.25.2007, Newton, MA - Northland Investment Corporation is pleased to announce that Northland/AEG has been chosen by the State of Connecticut Office of Policy and Management (OPM) to manage Rentschler Field Stadium in East Hartford, Connecticut. Rentschler Field is owned by the State of Connecticut and its operations are overseen by OPM. Northland/AEG is a joint venture between Northland Investment Corporation and AEG Worldwide.

The agreement, effective July 1, 2007, represents a multi-year joint-venture partnership between Northland, AEG Facilities and the State of Connecticut to book a complete schedule of high profile sporting events including soccer, outdoor entertainment, special programs and community events at Rentschler Field. The agreement also includes management of Rentschler Field’s 40,000-seat stadium, home to the University of Connecticut Huskies football team. Northland/AEG was recently selected by the Connecticut Development Authority to manage the Hartford Civic Center.
