NORTHLAND INVESTMENT CORPORATION WELCOMES SPIRITUS WINES TO HARTFORD 21

10.24.2007, Newton, MA - Northland Investment Corporation announced today that Spiritus Wines, LLC (Spiritus) has signed a 10-year lease at Hartford 21. A well-known, high end wine store, Spiritus will be located immediately adjacent to the grocery store at Hartford 21, currently under construction. The transaction was brokered by Sullivan Hayes’ Tim McNamara and Kevin Daly. The space has a 30-foot storefront and will offer patrons both street parking and garage parking at the Hartford 21 Garage.
