LARRY GOTTESDIENER TO PARTICIPATE IN ULI BOSTON'S "EMERGING TRENDS IN REAL ESTATE" PANEL

10.31.2008, Newton, MA - Northland Investment Corporation is pleased to announce that Larry Gottesdiener, Chairman, has been invited to participate as a panelist for the second year running at ULI Boston's "Emerging Trends in Real Estate."

Emerging Trends in Real Estate is a trends and forecast publication with a 30-year history, and is the most highly-regarded and widely-read forecast report in the real estate industry. Emerging Trends in Real Estate© 2009, undertaken jointly by ULI and PricewaterhouseCoopers, provides an outlook on U.S. investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas, and other real estate issues. The report draws on formal and informal surveys of real estate executives and market experts around the U.S., including survey responses from over 400 real estate executives and personal interviews with over 150 industry leaders.

On November 5, 2008, ULI Boston will present the 2009 Emerging Trends Survey, followed by a panel discussion of notable local experts, exploring the trends influencing real estate capital markets, investments, and development in the New England region. The panel will be moderated by Doug Poutasse, Executive Director of NCREIF, and will be held from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Boston's Seaport World Trade Center.
