JANICE TAYLOR JOINS NORTHLAND INVESTMENT CORPORATION AS MARKETING MANAGER

01.19.2010, Newton, MA - Northland Investment Corporation (“Northland”), a leading privately held real estate investment and development company, today announced that Janice Taylor has joined the firm as Marketing Manager. Ms. Taylor will work closely with executive management, plan and manage Northland Investment Corporation’s overall strategic marketing programs, social media and public relations efforts.

Ms. Taylor joined Northland in August 2008 as the Community Manager at Madison at Wells Branch in Austin, TX as part of a nine-property acquisition. Before embracing the property management field, Janice worked in the graphic design and marketing industry for eight years. Mrs. Taylor will be based in Northland’s corporate headquarters in Newton, Massachusetts.
