GINA MONTANARO JOINS NORTHLAND INVESTMENT CORPORATION AS VICE PRESIDENT OF MULTIFAMILY

04.20.2010, Newton, MA - Northland Investment Corporation (“Northland”), a leading privately held real estate investment and development company, today announced that Gina Montanaro has joined the firm as Vice President of Multifamily. Ms. Montanaro will oversee and direct operations of the company’s multifamily portfolio and will be based in Northland’s corporate headquarters in Newton, Massachusetts.

Ms. Montanaro brings over 20 years of multifamily property management experience with her to Northland. Gina began her career with the Massachusetts-based Flatley Company as an Operations Trainer and Community Manager. In 2002 Gina joined AIMCO, the Denver-based national apartment REIT, when AIMCO acquired several of the Flatley Company’s multifamily assets. Shortly thereafter she was promoted from Regional Property Manager to Director of Operations in the Northeast region.
