Northland Welcomes Rundown Marketplace and Delilah Mitchell to its Pratt Street Buildings, Furthers Revitalization of Historic Hartford Corridor

Continues commitment to Hartford’s economic revitalization

 

HARTFORD, CT (December 1, 2021) – Northland today announced that it has signed leases with brand new specialty retailer Rundown Marketplace and the popular Psychic Readings By Delilah in Hartford, CT at 45 and 65 Pratt Street, respectively. They join Minuteman Press, Hartford Prints and Lenses Only along the thriving Pratt Street corridor.

Pratt Street will be Rundown Marketplace’s first Hartford location, having expanded from two other locations in New Haven and Bridgeport. Offering an exclusive selection of stylish and highly sought-after apparel and high-end brand name sneakers, Rundown Marketplace introduces a fresh retail experience to downtown Hartford. The 3,200 square foot space features a large inviting storefront to prominently showcase their stylish wares.

 

In her new home at 65 Pratt Street, popular local psychic Delilah Mitchell is continuing to offer psychic readings, chakra balancing and Reiki healing services to her dedicated clients in an upgraded setting. A longtime Pratt Street tenant, Delilah’s beautiful new space features a beautifully updated and calming feel, sure to help her clients find their Zen place.

 

Northland has been an active owner, operator and developer in Hartford for more than two decades. The firm owns a diverse portfolio of properties that include the luxury residential building H21, and commercial office properties at 100 Allyn Street and 242 Trumbull Street. It has played a key role in the development of Pratt Street’s dynamic promenade and is continuing to pursue leases with other outstanding tenants to further build upon the neighborhood’s retail fabric.
