Northland Gives Back Program Honored at 2025 NAA Excellence Awards

June 12, 2025 – We’re honored to share that Northland Gives Back has been named the winner of the #NAAGives Award at the 2025 NAA Excellence Awards, an annual program hosted by the National Apartment Association that celebrates excellence and leadership across the multifamily industry.

The #NAAGives Award recognizes organizations that exemplify a strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through charitable giving, volunteerism, and impactful community service initiatives. We’re incredibly proud of our team and their continued efforts to create meaningful change in the communities we serve.

The award was presented during a special ceremony on June 11 at  Apartmentalize, hosted this year in Las Vegas. Representing Northland at the event were Gina Montanaro, Vice President of Operations, and Regional Property Managers Shawn Wingate and Denise Migliore, who proudly accepted the award on behalf of the entire team.
