Corpus Christi Team Volunteers at Padre Island National Seashore

For the second year in a row, our Corpus Christi teams at Bay Club and Candlewood spent a day cleaning up Padre Island National Seashore, a national park with 70 miles of undeveloped beaches and natural habitat. In total, they collected over 30 bags of debris and earned a patch to iron onto their #NorthlandGivesBack t-shirts.


The national park protects the 70 miles of coastline, dunes, prairies, and wind tidal flats that separate the Gulf of Mexico from the Laguna Madre. This land is also home to the Kemp’s Ridley Sea Turtle and over 380 bird species. To learn more about the park, visit here:
