Northland BUILDS Award Winners Recognized at 2026 Annual Awards Ceremony

Northland is proud to recognize the recipients of the inaugural Northland BUILDS Award, honored at Northland’s 2026 Annual Awards Ceremony held at The Westin Copley Place in Boston. The annual event celebrates team members who demonstrate a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and making a positive impact across the organization.

Among the ceremony’s notable honors, the Northland BUILDS Award celebrates team members who exemplify the values that define our culture and make a meaningful impact across the organization. The award recognizes individuals who bring our BUILDS framework to life by leading with belonging, unity, inclusion, leadership, development, and service.

Recipients bring BUILDS to life by translating our values into action—fostering inclusive environments, building strong relationships, and positively influencing those around them. Through their dedication and leadership, they help strengthen our culture and create a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

The 2026 Northland BUILDS Award recipients are:

  • Evelyn Flores, Assistant Community Manager – Bay Club

Evelyn creates meaningful connections within her community by leading inclusive events at Corpus Christi, including spearheading a 2025 Hispanic Heritage Month movie discussion. She is also an active supporter of giving back initiatives that strengthen the Corpus Christi community.

  • Libby Pollitt, Sales Trainer – Multifamily Training

Libby consistently goes above and beyond to support both her communities and team. She has led numerous giving-back efforts, including organizing donation drives to support communities impacted by the Guadalupe River flooding in the Texas Hill Country and volunteering with the Central Texas Botanical Garden. She also helped bring employees together through initiatives like Northland’s Lunar New Year Trivia event, fostering connection and engagement across the organization.

  • Amanda Kress, Assistant Community Manager – Stonelake at the Arboretum

Amanda demonstrates a strong commitment to service and advocacy through initiatives like leading a Toys for Tots drive and supporting Autism Awareness efforts. She also assisted Libby with Northland’s Lunar New Year Trivia event, helping foster connection, education, and engagement across the organization.

Launched in early 2026, Northland BUILDS is our framework for advancing a culture of belonging and inclusion across the organization. More than a collection of initiatives, BUILDS provides a shared foundation that reinforces our values and guides our continued commitment to supporting our employees, communities, and each other.

Through five key focus areas, Northland BUILDS helps bring this commitment to life:

  • Northland Gives Back

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

  • Employee Engagement

  • Learning & Development

  • Employee Well-Being

Congratulations to our Northland BUILDS Award winners for their leadership, dedication, and the positive impact they make every day. Thank you for helping bring Northland’s values to life and creating a stronger, more connected organization.
