Northland Expands National Development Platform with Altitude at Vizcaya

Premier multifamily owner and operator to bring sophisticated modern homes to Santa Fe


NEWTON, MA  (August 13, 2020) – Northland Investment Corporation today announced the development of Altitude at Vizcaya, a best-in-class multifamily property that will bring 52 high-end apartment homes to the Santa Fe market this fall. Northland’s fifth property in New Mexico, Altitude signifies the firm’s remarkable commitment to the state, where it has invested approximately $300 million across 1,500 units to date.


Located on Rodeo Road adjacent to Northland’s Vizcaya multifamily complex, Altitude will deliver modern luxury apartment homes designed to distinctly honor the architectural style of Santa Fe.
