Northland Names Devin Evangelinos as VP of Asset Management
Following a year of significant acquisitions for Northland, Evangelinos to leverage deep real estate and investment experience to support company’s continued growth
NEWTON, MA (March 2, 2016) – Northland Investment Corporation, one of the top multifamily owner and operators in the U.S., has named Devin Evangelinos as their new Vice President of Asset Management. Evangelinos will create new asset management plans for all Northland properties, lead the unit upgrade program, and manage five-year capital plans.
Prior to joining Northland, Evangelinos served as AVP, Senior Portfolio Manager at Boston Capital, where he managed twenty-one national multifamily funds with over $1.4 billion in equity. He interacted with investors including Fortune 500 banks and insurance companies. In this role he was also involved in strategic decision-making for equity funds including equity disbursements to operating partnerships. Evangelinos also served as a Senior Analyst for General Investments and Development (GID).

Evangelinos earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill – Kenan-Flagler Business School. He lives in Newton, MA.
