Northland General Counsel, Beth Kinsley, and AVP Investor Relations, Pauline Lucido, Honored as GlobeSt 2022 Women of Influence
We’re thrilled to announce that Northland’s General Counsel, Beth Kinsley, and AVP of Investor Relations, Pauline Lucido, have been selected as GlobeSt Women of Influence for 2022. Beth Kinsley has been recognized in the CRE Legal Counsel category, which recognizes legal experts who possess a wide range of capabilities within the field, for her contributions to the industry in her role as Northland’s General Counsel for the past five and a half years. Beth has been integral to Northland’s unprecedented growth since joining the firm 14 years ago, and is a role model and positive influence on all of her colleagues.
Pauline Lucido was selected as a 2022 Diversity Champion. She recently completed YWBoston’s InclusionBoston and LeadBoston programs simultaneously, and plays an instrumental role in Northland’s DEI efforts as co-chair of the DEI Steering Committee. The Diversity Champion award recognizes real estate professionals who champion and empower women in the industry through their efforts in pushing diversity initiatives forward, introducing policies on an organizational or cultural level, or serving as a leader of internal diversity & inclusion programs.
